Sherry is my morning go to, it’s a smooth wake up to the day, a true medium roast, not too heavy not too light with a hint of dark chocolatey goodness. Recommend to anyone wanting a real coffee, just love it.

Great flavour. Very smooth with no bitterness
Started with this blend out of the starter pack, I purchased due to its incredible smell when I squeezed the bag. All bags were roasted within 5 days of receiving so very fresh. After getting the dial in right, worked really well as a flat white. Slight nutty flavor with chocolate notes. I'm looking forward to trying the other two blends when I finish Sherry!
